Strategic internal communication consulting
Internal communication helps companies communicate with its people.
What is internal goes external, both in good and bad ways. Our role as communicators is to help our people make sense of the noise they hear, be confident the decisions they make align with business goals, and nurture their motivation work together towards success. We also help with business intelligence gathering through organisational listening and act as trusted advisors to our leaders, challenging them on their assumptions, fostering innovation and providing them with sound advice.
Corporate strategy
Corporate strategy can appear boring to your people, but it doesn't have to be! I have worked on corporate strategy launches including creating a virtual 3D space as well as entertaining live stream events and grassroots (employee led) campaigns.
Information Security, Fraud and Integrity
I have overseen the integrity communication portfolio,
covering site security, fraud, and information security for one of the biggest Australian government departments. I've also led information security communication in 2021 agency side for a global engineering company.
Digital transformation
Unless your people understand why you're on the journey and their role, it is hard for them to know what to do. I've worked on digital transformation communication and also delivered AI for communicators training.
Hybrid work
I have worked on return to office and hybrid work projects, running stakeholder alignment workshops, providing internal communication strategies and overseeing content creation with an employee voice focus.
Culture/ EVP
Communication breathes life into company culture. I have developed internal communication strategies for culture strategy launches, EVP, employer brand and integrated reward and recognition programs into campaigns.
Stakeholder engagement
A project cannot go forward with out the right people supporting it from the start. My stakeholder engagement workshops help make sure all the right people have their say and are in agreement.
